:____"Unofficial LEGO® Museum of the Ohio Valley"___

And a word from our founder!!!

Welcome to my dream. The ONLY LEGO based museum in the world. We are

http://www.brickstore.net
http://www.brickmuseum.net and soon http://www.plasticbrickmuseum.net/ / .com

During the past few months we have been getting advice from people on any problems we have been facing in the tourism market!

One of the main problems we faced was the name change game. Due to legal reasons that has been all over the place! We are now 100% secure, and approved for;

Toy and Plastic Brick Museum

In 2009 we will have a fluid campaign to advertise this.Our business model includes you, the MOC builder;We plan to have the following happen in 2009;

Continue to build the PBM Collection
Continue to feature LEGO builders in the museum
Continue to grow

New to 2010;

We are planning to open the new Dex lab
We are planning to open the new Lion's Den
We are planning to open the new Canadian room!
We are continuing to improve the museum and add to the "Toy and" portion weekly as well.

New to 2009;

We are planning a mass build of sets.
We are hoping to have one of each of the sets from 1970-date in house by 2010.
This means sorting, planning, building,and a bunch of effort from the community and staff to make this happen.
We are going to be working on the building during the winter and getting it more"green friendly". A 100yr old school is not very heat/cooling friendly!!!
We plan to complete the "Water Room" as well as the "Creators Lab".
These will be 2 new theme rooms coming to the museum as well.

We are now looking for a grant writer!!!
So if that is you please contact us.
We are now looking for a IPO business planner for future offerings for the for profit side of the business.
Again if that is you please contact us

Our contact information is;

Special thanks section.

I cannot say it enough. So I am adding it to the website.

I would like to add special thanks to the following. I may have missed some people, so send me an E-Mail if you think you need to be on this list. The people and groups involved in the creation of the museum have made it a place I am proud of. I am hoping you will too when you come here.

COLTC especially Carol from Coltc. She put in the extra effort when needed and was a VERY welcome builder when needed.
Big Larry. Without you the place would be cruddy!
My tour guides. What a great group of people! A wonderful addition to the museum
PENNLUG...you guys ROCK!!
Eric Harshbarger...you started it all. With your crayons in the Strong Museum as well as allowing me to get your collection. People are AMAZED at your work...keep it up!
The Village of Bellaire. Local support was paramount to the sucess of the museum. THANKS!
The AFOLs. (adult fans of LEGO). Your continued support makes the museum a fun place.
Bill from The LEGO(r) group. Thanks for believing in me when no-one else would. This is not only my legacy but yours as well. With the last of the hand built models in our facility you helped make it happen!
The LEGO(r) group. Amazing people doing amazing "stuff" on a daily basis.
LEGOLAND(r) CA. When we were down, they came to help. Thanks guys. The addition to the museum was AWSOME.

I would like to add a generic but important note;

I would like to extent thanks to all the people who drove here, donated time and material to the museum, and made me feel good when things seemed overwhelming. It was a huge undertaking to complete the project. Without all of you I would not have kept going in the face of defeat.

A heart felt thanks.
